If you are purchasing a discounted product and do not see the discount, you may need to reset the shopping cart. To do so, exit all browser session and do the following to clear your cookies. How do I enter a shipping address?

I live outside the US. Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.

You will need to contact the software company directly (their email address is in the emailed order confirmation) to inquire about their return/refund policy and process.

I received a refund for a product purchased through RegNow, but I don't see the credit. Why?
Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company, and ask where they have posted the credit information. In many cases, banks will post information later than expected.
